Guide to Run and Save Events Schedule 

  1. Logun to RLASQLDEV01 server.
  2. In the Object Explorer pane, navigate to USI_REP and expand it.
  3. Expand View and navigate to dbo.PNEVENTLIST view
  4. Right Click this view and select and expand Script View as.
  5. Select CREATE To and expand
  6. Select and click New Query Editor Window

 

  1. Click Connect to Connect to Database Engine

 

  1. Highlight the script from SELECT DISTINCT to before GO

 

  1. Click Execute on the MAIN Toolbar

 

  1. The Results will be displayed at the bottom section.
  2. Right click the empty block under the Result tab and above Row 1 to access Action window

 

  1. Select Copy with Headers
  2. Open a Blank Excel workbook
  3. Paste the Results to Sheet 1
  1. Select the SHOW_DATE column and Right click to access the Action options
  2. Select Format Cells
  3. Select Date from the Format Cells window
  4. With the first option of date format is highlighted click OK button.

 

  1. Repeat these actions for SHOW_TIME column. Select Time from the Format Cells window instead of Date
  2. Select all Rows and Columns
  3. Expand Data option from Main Toolbar
  4. Select Sort
  5. On the Sort window, Expand Sort by and select SHOW_DATE
  6. Click Add level
  7. Select EVT_NAME on Then by

 

  1. Save the excel workbook
