This process takes > 2 hours.

1. Start SQL server management studio.

2. Connect to the server hosting the SQL database with your admin account.

3. Right click on each database, click Tasks > Back Up...

4. Tick Copy-only backup and then select a location for the backup.

5. Click "OK" and wait for the backup to finish.
