Use this KBA when Rubrik is showing indexing errors:




  1. In Rubrik Security Cloud, go to the Infrastructure section and Click on the "+" icon.


  2. Copy the single-use token.


  3. Click on the Cluster for which you are getting the error, and then click on the "Visit Cluster" button.


  4. If you can access the local GUI, go to the Settings menu (represented by a Gear icon), select Cluster Settings, and update the copied token to Global Cluster Manager Token.
