Backup: If possible, turn off and snapshot as these are Linux systems.

Outage: Phones will reboot if the service is restarted - try and do this out of hours when no events are on.

1. For all tomcat certificate will need to assign a public certificate by requesting a CSR on the particular server

Each system, CUC, CUCM, UCCX, IMP has its own tomcat certificate that is used for administration verification. This needs to be updated on each primary server first (RLA in most cases) which will sync to its children. Ensure that when you update each tomcat certificate that each child does get that certificate as well.

2. upload the same public certificate to other servers.

   UCCX for example:  Create a CSR on RLA-uccx ---  Create a public certificate --- upload certificate to RLA-UCCX --- upload the same certificate to RLA-CUCM, MRS-CUCM and MRS-UCCX
