Hatamoto Printing Setup at RLA VCC (Australian Open)
1. Background
- Hatamoto is an Australian consultancy firm specializing in business resilience and security risk management.
- During the Australian Open (AO), two or more agents work in RLA VCC and need to print from their external laptops to the VCC printer.
2. Firewall Rule for Printing
- A firewall rule is in place to allow printing from the MOPT-Guest network (RLA-Wireless1) to the VCC printer (10.21.16.13).
3. Steps to Enable Printing

Check IP Address:
- On the Hatamoto laptop, open Command Prompt (CMD)and run:
ipconfig
- Note down the IP address assigned from MOPT-Guest (RLA-Wireless1).
- On the Hatamoto laptop, open Command Prompt (CMD)and run:

Send IP to Network Team:
- Forward the IP address to the Network Team so they can add it to the firewall rule.
