-

- 1 phone
- 1 desktop
- 2 monitors
- 1 headset

2024 Location: JCA VCC
JCA AO Call Centre IT Requirements 141223.pdf
Difficulties: This year, the call centre setup is in JCA VCC, which is already filled with existing setups. Extra work is required because we had to remove and store away many hardware components, and will need to reinstate the VCC as soon as the Australian Open finishes. The only advantage is that there are no screen issues this year in the call center setup, as we can utilize the existing screens in the VCC.
Office Relocation:
All desk and equipment moves were completed by the operations team. The help desk team is required to assist with the setup, provide any missing cables, and supply additional hardware as needed.
2023 & 2024 Centrepiece Office: The office is being removed and will be converted into a media café. All CP staff are working from home during the Australian Open.
2023 & 2024 Merchandise Office: The operations team will move in during the Australian Open.
2023 & 2024 RLA Admin Office: The RLA admin office is being removed and will be converted into an ice bath room. All RLA admin staff will move to the multipurpose room and will be using Wi-Fi.
