In order for the password self-reset to function, the "Mobile" field within the AD users properties needs to be filled out.

The format of the mobile number must be +61 instead of 0, with no spaces in the phone number.
For example, 0447 852 156 would be +61447852156.
- Start a new remote desktop session on mrs-rdp.
- Open Active Directory Users and Computers.
- Click the search button in the top navigation bar.
- Enter the users name in the Name field, click "Find Now", then double click on the user.
- Click on the "Telephones" field, then enter the mobile number in the format mentioned above.
- Click "OK".
