Hi ,

Please use the Melbourne Park login credentials for Connx access.
Once you click Melbourne Park Login, it will prompt you to enter your username: [email protected]
Password: If you forgot your password, please find the password reset pdf guide attached.
You’ll then be redirected to a sign-in page — the username stays the same,
and the password is the minimum17-character one you created
If it keeps looping at this stage, it’s likely due to an incorrect password attempt. Please find the password reset guide attached.

After that, you’ll see a number on the screen.
Please unlock your phone and enter that number into your Microsoft Authenticator app to complete the login.

If you didn’t see the prompt, it may mean that your Microsoft Authenticator app is not registered.
Please refer to the attached Microsoft Authenticator guide to complete the setup.
